Stop racial discrimination in the workplace

Racial Discrimination is a global issue that has long been overlooked. Silence on racial discriminations has proven to be lethal, ill-treating one in this oppressive system. Following George Floyd's death, 2020 has proven to be a momentous year in terms of the epidemic and, more recently, the rebellion against racial abuse at the workplace.

Some examples of Racism in the workplace

There are mainly four sorts of racial discrimination that constitute racism at work, according to the Equality Act, and here's a quick rundown:

Harassments at workplace

1. Direct racial discrimination

occurs when you are treated unfairly due to your colour. This might include being passed over for a promotion because "your type wouldn't fit in," or being denied access to a client because "they are quite conventional," in which case "we'll send *a white employee* instead."

2. Indirect racial discrimination

The responsibility of organisation against racism in workplaces

Racism in the workplace has a significant impact on the employers and work environment of the organisation.
